You can download paid-application free from appstore very easy. You just download and install Applink.

*Your iDevice must be jailbroken (iOS 7 or iOS 8)

1. Go to Cydia add sources "http://repo.hackyouriphone.org"

2. Search "Appsync for iOS 7 or iOS 8" and install it
3. Search "Applink" and install it

4. Unlock you iDevice after Respring and go to Appstore find paid-app to download
